These terms apply to the OpenXI app and this website, operated by Marko Mikovic as an independent developer ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use OpenXI.
You must be at least 13 years old. You must give a real name and a working phone number or email address, and keep them current. One account per person.
OpenXI is a tool for organising pickup soccer. We do not run the games, own the pitches, employ the organisers, or supervise what happens at them. A group's owner and admins set its rules, its fees and its refund policy, and decide who may join. Disputes about a game are between you and that group.
Football is a physical sport and you play at your own risk. Satisfy yourself that a venue is safe and that you are fit to play.

A group's admins may remove or suspend you from their group. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.
Where a group charges for a game, you pay when you take your place on the roster. Card payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms; we do not see or store your card number.
The fee is set by the group, not by us. Whether a fee is returned when you leave a game depends on the refund rule the organiser set, which the app shows you before you confirm. Where we charge a service fee it is shown separately before you pay.
If a game is cancelled by its organiser, fees collected for it are returned to the players who paid them.
Photos and text you upload remain yours. You give us permission to store them and to show them to the people the app is meant to show them to — the members of your groups — for as long as your account exists. Delete the content, or your account, and that permission ends.
OpenXI is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we may change or withdraw features. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything that happens at a game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
If these terms change we will update the date above, and for a change that matters we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use OpenXI after that means you accept the change.
